I have rescued an old building that dates back to the Erie Canal days. Originally moved from its canal side location, this building has been several notable businesses, Todd's Inn, Cossies Cozy Country Corner, The Durham Inn, and even a used car establishment.

The building has been gutted down to it's barn wood bones. There has been much recycled, reclaimed work to restore this beauty. The old dining room will now function as a place for events, meetings, small intimate weddings, or great rehearsal space.

 

I am also looking for artists/artisans to showcase on the gallery side.

Music lessons are given in the old kitchen area.
